Legalization looks promising in new CNN marijuana poll

Marijuana legalization is gaining support. In a poll released Tuesday by CNN, 41 percent of American adults said they favored legalizing marijuana, while 56 percent opposed. Illinois is one House vote away from becoming the 15th state to legalize medical marijuana. But Rep. Lou Lang, the sponsor of the measure that would enact legalization, is playing it safe.
